Personal data
The only personal data required to create a Recraft account is a user’s name, email address, and billing details. Payment information is never stored by Recraft and is securely managed by Stripe and Google Pay. Generated images are not considered personal data unless they contain identifiable information.Storage and retention
Data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. By default, all security documentation and audit trails are kept for a minimum of seven years, unless otherwise specified. For API usage, generation results are deleted within 24 hours to minimize exposure.Encryption and confidentiality

A: Before deleting your account, you’ll need to cancel any active subscription. Once deleted, all of your personal data is permanently erased from Recraft’s systems. If you were subscribed to a paid plan, assets generated during your paid subscription remain private and yours to keep. If you were on the Free plan, any assets generated on the Free place remain public and owned by Recraft.
