Free plan

Images generated on the Free plan are public and owned by Recraft. Users are granted only a limited, non-exclusive license for personal purposes, and commercial use is prohibited. With a paid subscription, users retain full ownership and commercial rights over the assets they generate. These assets remain private, will not appear in the public gallery, and can be used for any business or creative purpose. Ownership rights remain even after a subscription ends.

Recraft intellectual property

Recraft retains ownership of the platform itself, including the software and underlying AI models. Assets generated with Recraft are not allowed to be used to train external AI systems, nor can the service be sublicensed or resold.
